Mark Twain Advice Or Having Your Cake and Eating it Too

Mark Twain said "the only way to keep your health is to eat what you don't want, drink what you don't like and do what you'd rather not."  But exercise comes in so many forms, with so many cute outfits, and there are endless tasteful nutritious lower calorie foods and drink; I like to think we can help our clients at Women's Health Practice to have their cake and eat it too! In fact brownies are always a staple (if you have the right ones of course!).
